Azsand you should contact Sam and let him know the problem. And you should charge him for the Research and Development that they should have done in the first place. Maybe $200 for a refund sounds nice right?

 

how did the raptor rod thing work out? matt said it was to get the stroke they wanted. just didn't seem right putting a raptor rod in a ds. but the price seems right for a 720 ds.

 

I am pretty sure it wasnt a raptor rod. I think it was out of their old 600 motor that was in 4x4 quads.

 

The cost seems low but buy the time your all done its at least a thousand more for labor machine work and odds and ends but still cheaper than a 703 i belive? but mine is hard to compare with because i run alcahol and have massive head work dual carbs what mine will tell you is how tough they are she gets another hour of break in and her world gets turned up side down![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

good ride it hard then go a little harder, i want to know that set up is going to last i've been doing a piston cams . and decided i don't want to be doing that very often. i hope it al works great. thanks for doing the research for the rest of us.
