Default anyone heard anything about a new sport quad from bomb????

I just was curious as I am new here if anyone has heard any word on any new quad from bombardier. I rememeber a while back something about a 380 twin and then something about a 400cc quad. I however recently have not heard a thing as to any new quad that might be on its way.
Thanks in advance for any info!!

There will be a lighter version of the DS650 called the" Baja X" announced in May '03, which will be probably be available around August, and an aluminum framed 400cc four stroke single Sport Quad announced late in '03 as an early release '04 model.

Without going into too much detail, I heard it from a couple of Bombardier employees, testing on both models is underway now.

Please be true, Please be true.....That would be the best of both worlds, a lighter 650, and a true MX lightweight 440 class racer. Bombardier has shown a commitment to building better quads, and now that the utility line is filled out with the Outlanders, their attention has to be on the sports. The DS-650 is such a great quad, for some of us, but there isn't one of us that wouldn't like it to weigh 50 lbs less.
. How about some decent mini-quads? This Taiwan crap has got to stop! The new little Predator is pretty okay, But the mini-DS line-up is just the same junk from Taiwan everybody else has. I believe I will have my 5 year old on a Z-250 by the time he is 8. After the "Raptorette", nothing comes close.

Sea-doo has a new watercraft with a three cylinder supercharged fuel injected engine that puts out 185 hp, man i hope they use this technology in that 400cc mx quad, maybe not the super charger but atleast the efi, but jast emagin, a fuel injected supercharged 400cc mx quad, stock it could possibly push 60-70 hp, man, i gotta go to sleep so i could dream about it...

Don't expect any change in the "taiwan crap", It's a lot cheaper for Bombardier to import these than it is to design their own. It's not like they're the only ones, take a look under the plastic of an Predator 90, Scrambler 90, or LT80 some time, they're built in Taiwan as well!
