Ok, I saw a read a post on another site about switching the CDI's and I believe I've gotten it squared away. All I need is the adaptor off a standard DS am I right?

Can't you just take the plug housing off your stock CDI and put it on your RWR CDI?
The only other alternative is to buy another brand of weather pac connector and match the wires.

Also, Make sure you write down the wires color match of your stock CDI/harness just in case you have to use it again.

The stock connector on the Baja CDI is part of the plastic housing...It has no pigtail

Default CDI??????

Jeff, sorry for so many questions, but electrical was not my strong point and I just wanna get everything right. So the RW CDI has a pigtail on it with a plug on it. Now my question is do you have to get a plug the will except the RW side on side and the BAJA on the other, or is the plug on the RW removale? Thanks, so much for all the help.

Huh?

All the connectors are remoable except the Baja CDI connector
I would get a connector that accepts the RW CDI and install it on the Baja harness

I went to Radio Shack and got 2 6-pin plugs, 1-male and 1-female. Just cut off the stock plugs on the RWR cdi and the Baja, and then just solder the new plugs on the wire ends in the correct order.
