AZSAND, What can you tell us about your old turbo setup? What turbo were you using? What problems did you have?

 

They make it for a DS, with a intercoler its around 3999. The raptor way dynoed at 32.09 that day and that directly after it the turbo was dynoed at 71.20

 

yamaharacer, do you have any info on hp and torque?

 

On the DS i dont not, but i have pictures of the raptor 400ex and ds but i dont know how to post them???

I have tried to contact them several times over the last year, when I first heard of them, He uses a electron carb on the 400 EX and stock carbs on the Raptor. The intercooler looks good, they must have some good contacts and it looks like some of these parts are manufactured. I have heard they are supose to have a kit out for the DS but never got a return call.

 

I've been in touch with Malvin who makes the DS turbo and the pics of the turbo look good. He says it costs $4800 and will double the hp. There are pics in the November 2002 issue of Turbo & Hi Tech Magazine on the last page, or you can e-mail Malvin at malvinq@hotmail.com for pics from him.
