i think your thinking of something else, what im talking about is at the end of the exhaust cam, i was wondering if its like a varible cam setup and if so how does it work, i dont understand the reasonin for its being there

ya, razorcat is right, i was just pointing out the spellin error, thus the wink at the end
and if i'm thinking about the same thing as u, the decompressor just lowers the compression so that it is easier on the starter wen the motor is turning slowly, but once it is turning fast enough the decompressor disengages, i hope this is wat u mean

it doesnt get to cold i guess, it gets maybe around the 20s or 30s any colder than that i wouldnt be on the bike, i dont what to remove it i was wondering what it did, we were thinking that it was maybe something to do with timing, and i didnt see how it work adjust the timing, but sence its not a timing thing its a compression thing, i still dont see how it works, its on the exhaust cam and when it picks up the rpms it will swing up and thats it, i dont see how its it on the compression either, i was wondering what it did and how it did it
