Yes, Major Echo's 733 has 240lbs of compression.

It wouldn't run right without at least 112 Octane.

I'll just say this about the dyno #'s.

I out dyno'd 2001Raptor (a 686) by 6 horses but never once beat him up the hill. WEIGHT DIFFERENCE?

Also, some of the guys that I could beat up the hill by 4 bikes, I only out dyno'd by 1 or 2 horses.

None of the Sparks bikes were dyno'd unless they were done after the racing. (I had too leave a little early)

Did tne DSs make a decient showing OTHER then against the Sparks raptors? I'm sure there were many other DS vs Rap races against some of the more popular rappys on the site like Kingraptor and others. How did they go?

i can get a local machine shop or whatever to bore and re nikasil my cilinder and get a je 13:5.1 at a 103mm bore and can have the same results right?

 

Curtis is guessing that he is at about 14/1 compression.

He said it ran strong but I never saw it run.

I can only speak for my class as to how the Bombs did. I had to leave early.

There were 8 in our class 5 Raptors and 3 DS's.

There were 2 727 rRaptors, the 2 Sparks Raptors, a 686 Raptor mine , Jeff's 703 and Gary's 760 with a friend of mine riding. There may have been one more DS.

Consistantly the Raptors finished ahead of all of us.

They had FCR not sure about the fule

 

He had the FCR's on and only ran gas.

He did not ride on Sunday.

Only fuel was higher octane gas.

I'm sure he'll give you guys the scoop when he gets back.
