Glad to hear you are getting it back man.
I hope those sob's get whats coming to them. Of course I guess they could just be the poor suckers who bought it from the thief.
Either way congrats

That's some of the best news I've heard in a while! Good of the dealer to figure it all out for you too!
A huge theft ring just got busted here in Indiana - I've got a buddy hoping to get a call soon. they uncovered a huge warehouse full of quads from 4 surrounding states!

Thanks bat i sure to that he probably did not steal it! but it is aginst the law to buy any thing that has a noticably alterd vin no's and if he don't get me back to the thief i will see to it he gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!! i do belive i know who stole the bike i just couldn't prove it ( and guess what he's alway's making trips to new mexico !!) Yeah, anyone who would buy any kind of vehicle without seeing the numbers, and getting a title is deserving of whatever they get.
I am glad you are getting it back. And hope all involved get whats coming to them.
again congrats

Glad to hear you got your other DS back. I hope you find whoever is really responsible so the buyer doesn't take the fall (if that's how things happened) --ignorance isn't illegal, just unfortunate.
You know Bat, there are not any standard ATV title laws... states get to make their own decisions. In some states, like Kansas, it's rare to get a title with a used ATV. I think they all should be titled like cars, they're getting that expensive.

bigben i understand what your saying in ariz for years no titles were needed but when the no's are all filed off you and i know what that means!! when that bike returns to ariz i will take it in and get a bonded vin no on it too avoid any problems in the future !!! they even grinded off the engine no's. Thank god for the little paper tab with the engine no and bar code on the top of the valve cover
