Can somebody explain to me what I'm doing wrong? I changed my mpxls to 60x60 and it still won't work. Something about 8kb only and I don't know how to change that. I'm running win 98...I would like to know how you guys do the "slide show" type of avatar...it sucks being ignorant!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

When you save it in GIF or JPG format (try both) save it optimized for the web so that file size is 8k or less.
