Well Larry I just don't know about the OCwells Thing. I really want to check it out. So are you going to be able to smoke #5 now or what? You should be still putting the smack down on Dave with those new cams?! Keep in touch bro!

I got in late last night from Dumont, the traffic was a Bitch.

Eaglecollector,
It was great to meet and ride with you, washrdskin and the rest of the group. Its always a pleasure to meet people from the forum. Ya know, for only going there a few times you sure have the dune carving thing down, you ran a fast lead with good path choice, not easy to do after only a few visits. I hope we can get together again. Great bunch of guys.

Fourwheelphreek,
I missed the spill cuz I ran up just before you but I rode up as the dust was settleing (so to speak). I was concerned about your inability to breathe with chest pain, figured a punctured lung. Its great to hear that you're ok. What a way to ruin a perfectly good weekend.

I also ran into Al and the Sand Pig, he was beating up on the rappys at the hill (including RaptorRyan).
The pig looks better in person then it does in the pictures...a very nice job on the paint. Now if you can just keep it together hehehe. No problem really, nothing that $300 in chain and sprockes won't cure. Too much power for that little 530 chain.

I met up with Neosurfer on the hill Sunday night, (another really nice guy) he was showing off his boozed up DS kickin butt and takin names. Good job on the alky conversion dude, really wakes up beast inside.

It was one of the best weekends Ive had at Dumont in terms of weather. It rained most of the day Thursday but the sun finally broke through and continued beautiful fri and sat. Sunday was a little cloudy and windy but not enough to stop the party. A little wind is a necessary to smoothe the dunes. Mon was chilly but awsome, I got alot of riding in before heading home.
I had a great time meeting and seeing everybody and I hope we can do it again soon.

What or who is #5? Still be putting the smack down?? When was he? You can't even beat me Tony. LOL At least not with you on your quad anyway. It's a good time at the desert this particular weekend with all the jeep action. You should make it if you can.

Later.

We were wondering if you made it out there Scott. We were parked, when coming in on the dirt road, you pass the last toilet on the left, look over to the right at about 2:00 and there is another toilet a little ways before the little dune ridge. We were a hundred yards or so away from that toity SW of it. Where'd you hang at?

Tony, Are you picking your quad up from having the Kings put on it? I cant wait to see it if it is.

There is no doubt JSsDS is one fast piped and jetted DS. He beat me fair and square. That was of course after I had lost my compression. But now that the Demon will be gone I will gladly past the title of fastest Piped and jetted DS to him LOL. (if you can say i had it)

Dumont is one of the 3 places i didnt get to ride.....yet. St. Anthony's and Glamis are the other 2 main ones. I would have liked to hit Oregon Dunes, and LS OK as well. Ohh well maybe when i have either my Vforce or a rail then I can. Reading about these trips kills me but oh well. I am glad to hear the the guy that was lifted out was ok, hate to hear about anyone getting hurt.
