OK, Now I'm starting to get pissed. I see that Don is posting again, so I figure that I'll PM him to find out how we can work out our deal. So we PM back and forth a few times not really getting anywhere, Then when I ask him to send me proof of parts shipped, work done, ETC. then He dissapears?![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

Now I'm sure there is a logical explanation that he's not returning my PM's or hasn't called me. Like he got hit in the head with an icicle or the military was testing new bombs and accidentally blew up half his house, or an out of control truck hit the side of his house where the computer sits or ... well you get the idea.

Anyway if anyone sees that he's online or hears form him please tell me

When I thought you were actually serious about settling your account with me, I answered you. When you start demanding that I prove to you what I did, I knew you were yanking my chain. You have been informed of the ballance due for the work performed after your authorization, but befor your cancellation. You will recieve an invoice, marked as paid in full, as soon as the designated parties recieve the money, along with the remains of your motor.

For those of you that don't know the situation, Organdonor is not one of the people that I did wrong. He simply wanted to cancell an order, after the work was started, and expected me to cover the cost of the parts, labor, and shipping that was already underway when he cancelled. My only mistake on his motor was to take his word and start work without the deposit. To group him with the folks that I screwed is not even close. His motor is sitting in my shop, in hundreds of pieces, just as it was when he told me to stop. The parts that were shipped for machine work, were returned, untouched. It has all been here waiting for him for many months, as soon as he pays for the work performed. I will not jump through hoops for him to earn the money that he already owes me.

Post as you wish, I'm done with the subject. The parties to be paid will let me know when they recieve the money, and your remains will be shipped to you in a reasonable time frame after that.

 

I hate to tell you Don, but as a consumer, I expect an invoice. I got one form TVI, Ron Woods, ETC. What makes you think that your any different. I don't just give money to anyone that says you own me this, especially when the person in not reliable to begin with. You get me my papers and we can go from there, That is my word. I don't know what you did or shipped (if anything).
I thank God I didn't give you a deposit, because I would be in the same boat as Bom and Dune Devil and others.
You have got to remember thatI canceled because it took you 2 months to open the box when you said it would be done in 2 months. Oh Yeah, the fact that you never call me to tell me what was going ton contributed to my cancellation.
I will continue to post as I wish it's the only way to get you to talk.

Your right, TVI and Ron Woods Racing will give you an invoice when you BUY something.

In case you forgot, BUYING is when you PAY for what you order.

Tell the truth now, you asked me to supply you with my records of shipping and my reciepts for the parts ordered for your motor. You tell me one retailer that will supply you with their purchase reciepts or expence reports, esspecially befor you pay for anything.

I really don't know why I bother answering you in this forum anymore. I guess it's just to show the public that you do not deserve the same simpathy that Wayne did, and James and Jeff still do. To say that you would have been in the same boat as them had you given your deposit just isn't true. There are enough members of the forum that actually had their motors done, to know know that I didn't screw everyone. As soon as I can, I'll make things as right as I can with James[and Marsha] and Jeff, but you hold the fate of your parts in your own hands.

I'm done [for real this time], when I hear that the money has been recieved, you'll get your parts and invoice.

 

Wrong again, Don, I asked TVI and Woods for a print out of what all will be done and take place with the parts I sent them, they were happy to send what I asked for. If no one else does that, I don't know why, especially when we are divided by 2000 miles. I'm trying to make sure I don't get screwed by your long winded promises.

2nd I never claimed to be in the same boat as everyone else, I saw what you were doing to them and I backed out like the others did in case you don't remember Dune Devil DROVE TO YOUR HOUSE TO PICK UP THERE MOTORS BECAUSE YOU WERE MIA, NOT RESPONDING AND NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE!!! I just saw what was going on earlier, I don't take crap and politician like promises when I see nothing being done.

3rd Isn't it funny how my motor was sent to you months after Dune Devil, his Wife, and The Boms. There engines were just sitting there. How do I believe mine was even shipped anywhere? They thought theirs were shipped too! Shady sounding huh?

Oh, by the way you never even told me how much I owe you! Wow you are doing one hell of a job here Don! you can call me anytime to settle this! But you won't. HuHmmm. Excuse me for butting in. Don, COD OrganDoner. Don gets his money and OrganDoner gets his parts and itemized paid in full invoice via mediator/postman. If you can OrganDoner, pay with a credit card so if all the part aren't all there, the credit card company will credit you and settle their claim with Don. Don needs to insure the package for replacement cost. It will help in keeping everyone honest in my oppinion. Try to get along at least through this transaction.
