I have seen a DS650 with dual headlights on it instead of the original one. Does anyone know what light kit can be used without using the H.I.D. kit. Also is there a way to stop the stock headlight from breaking the tabs off. This has happened 2x now.

A friend of mine bought 2 ea. 55 watt light from the local off road shop and another friend made/welded a very simple bracket to put these things on and they rip. They sit outside the hood. If you bought a couple and knew someone who welds or fabricates it's actually pretty simple. Wish I had pics to send.

 

I am getting my new headlight now I just ordered it thursday... Both tabs broke and it shattered after a rock hit it.. I am going to get those smoked out lens protector things that are on ebay right now to protect the lens and for the tabs I think I am going to put a lot of duc tape around it to re-enforce it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I made a bracket that mounts a couple Laser Stars to the bar clamps. This in my opinion is by far the best set up because it gives you light in the direction that you steer in addition to the stocker with its flood light cast.
I think that Laser Star has a billet bar clamp/light mount with two lights for the DS., at least they said they did last year at the sand show. I put this set-up on the wifes KFX400 and it kicks a$$ on the stock lights.
