I started role playing in the 70's with Dungeons and Dragons using the name Aragorn from the Lord of the Rings. When bbs's and Doom came around I started playing on Dwango as Aragorn, then I started playing Quake on the internet and hanging out in IRC and there were like 100 Aragorns, so I switched to ArA. Then when the LOTR movies came out, and all of a sudden there were 1000 ArA's everywhere. I then switched to my IRC nick I used to use when I was sleeping, zZArAZz and have not run across a dupe since. My name also has the advantage of freaking you out when you stare at it and looks 3D.
Oh yes, I also have the added bonus of being able to spell it backwards if I choose.

Mine came about when I was racing my 2000 TransAm WS6 Firebird. I could never get anyone to race me. They would always tell me that the car looked intimidating. Thus I gave it the name Pure Intimidation. The name has just kind of followed me.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

I was trying to come up with a bbs handle the night we attacked baghdad the first time arround. I saw all of the tracer fire (night fire) and twisted the spelling.

 

Well, when I created this handle a couple of years ago, I owned a.........................
