Hey DuneMe, I haven't really had a chance to race to many Raptors yet. I only raced one 727 so far and it was pretty close. I also didn't have a full race pipe and I don't have dual carbs yet. I am cosidering sending out my 45mm to get punched to 48mm.

Quadloco stroked not bored out correct? Did you O-Ring yours?

I'll wait a bit. Can Sam Coe do the o-ringing?

Quadloco is stroked and bored. I had my sylinder O-Ringed in Vegas. I am sure Samcoe has someone that can O-Ring that cylinder. He was asking me about it?!

Angry,

Aside from the headaches of the kit....what are the power gains? Does it wanna stand up on it's rear more now, is it completely noticable?

Very noticeable gains. I suppose it would want to stand up on it's A$$ but that new swingarm pretty much prevents that from happening.

I rode ABBs 720 this past weekend and it has a VERY NICE powerband. Comparing it to my 100% stock powered 2003 Baja his 720 had a lot more power in all parts of the powerband, it felt very good & even if you weren't on the power when you hit a hill it had enough to pull the hill & pick up RPM fast with no troubles. If the kit could be installed without two weeks of headaches, I think it would be one of the perfect first kits to go with. Congratulations to Tony for some very hard work getting it going! Maybe Sam Coe should pay Tony for R&D work - isn't R&D the part of the kit that should cost the most anyhow?

Well thanks for the props Chris!! Hell I have enough experience now that I should just open my own shop! I have probably torn that motor down and put it back together more than most Bombardier mechanics ever thought about. I can tear that top half completley down in under 2 hrs. now and put it back together n about 3! Hell at that rate I could do 2 engines a day!
