Does anyone know of anywhere, where u can buy an aluminum swingarm for the DS650? Preferably a -1 swingarm...
I know they will be on the 04's but i would like one before that. Can anyone help me out?
Also is there anyone that makes frames for DS650's?

Gary at TVI power sports( oregon 503-648-1254) build aluminium swing arms for the DS - I believe he'll build any length you want.

why do u want a -1 swingarm so bad?

 

I have another question... Which is lighter...chromoly or aluminum

the chromoly would be .095 wall 4130
and the alumium would be well...alumium..
and im talkin bout swingarms..

so i can wheelie easier and they are also makin the swingarms on the 04's -1 aluminums
it will just make it lighter and a tad more agile

 

(the one on all models previous to the 04's are steel...)

 

yes i know that my swingarm and all up to 03' are steel, and i thought the 04's were only 1/2" shorter?

 

In dirt wheels they said it was a full inch shorter...
