Default DS650 gas mileage

What is the gas mileage for a DS650 for ripping around fast?

I was thinkin V-Force but it will be like 13mpg. I hope the DS650 would be better.

I will most likely get a 2004 DS 650.

In Canada the list price for a Kawasaki KFX 700 V-Force is $9,999. A Bombardier DS650 is $9,099.

With tax that will be $1000 savings. I can do without shaft drive, reverse/reverse override and an auto tranny. To save 76 pounds. A 04 DS650 should be 470 wet. with 1 gallon of fuel.

I would allso rather buy from a Canadian company.

well i went ride with some guys in the snow last year, and i got 44 miles when i had to put it on reserve, it was some hard riding and the mileage would have been better if the snow hadn't been so deep. that shaft drive is nice but that 530 chain really holds up well.

Trail ridding I can go 70 miles.
If I play it drops it quick.
I had to put it on reserve once at 47 miles

with that good of Mileage. I will be getting a 2004 DS650.

I will try to change my name to something that does not say what quad I will get. because I change my mind alot.

With the info I have found. the DS650 is the better deal. It will be a great deal. If I get it soon and I don't have to pay anything till January 1st 2004.

Hey, how about gas mileage for all of yall on Stage 1s....

mine seems to suck...Dunno...

I run a RWR Stage 1 and my mileage is not as good as i had expected it to be, how many miles on a tank, or how long or MPG are you Stage 1s running?? (Or anyone with a CDI and TM45....whatever)

Thanks

the 45 carb uses more fuel the price that some of us are willing to pay, you could always go back to stock and sell the 45.

KFX 700 V force 1.5-2 hours per tank of fuel.
DS650 5-6 hours per tank of fuel.

for me over a weeks time. riding a DS650 would save me $30.00 in fuel cost over the KFX 700.
