thanks dsking. the machine belongs to samcoeds here on the forum. i don't remember what pipes they were, but it sounds just like a stout V-8 buggie. i was so impressed i even thought about getting one just to have the pipes on it. ask biggerisbetter he will tell you the same thing, sounds like like a small block chevy deep and nastey!!! the thing i likes about the mufflers was that they were small enough they tucked up nice and tite under the plastic and close to the frame. it would be interesting to have robertson dyno a set of duals vs single muffler style?

 

That sounds interesting i think ill be getting my headpipes back today or tomarrow but im not sure about power or what they will sound like so its a small gamble these mufflers are off a ducati street bike so i guess ill have to wait to know for sure, however the only thing that is different is the kawi 700 is twin cilinders that may effect the amount of flow compared to the 653 rotax. well ill see and then tell ya how they sound.
