I bought a SunL XL50 from john based on the feedback from this forum . It arrived in good shape except for a cracked floorboard. Now on the the up and running part. I followed all the right steps and was ready to start it up for the first time... NO SPARK ! I traced it most of the way thru and 'thought' it was the CDI. but being so close to xmas I tok it to a local shop. they also couldnt get spark. I called Raceway and spoke with John. He actually called the shop and spoke with the mechanic for me.
PART TWO: John explained to the shop what he thought the problem was and informed me he would send the parts. this close to xmas I was VERY tense as this was a gift for my son... His MAIN present. I have to say I was a little 'concerned' when the part didnt arrive earlier this week. I called John back and he stated he would 'overnight' a new part to make certain I had it for xmas. Well today I revd TWO boxes with the parts ( John , the second box will be returned) . I was a bit 'scared' to buy a mail order atv. John has made this a WONDERFUL expierience and has won me over as a customer. I give John and Raceway my HIGHEST recomendations and thanks for being EXACTLY the honest businessman so many people have talked about. My situation was resolved so well that I actually found myself taking offense to anyone that 'hinted' at a negative with John and Raceway...thinking ... HEY, Thats MY dealer they are talking smack about !! That my friends shows just how loyal a company with OUTSTANDING customer service can make a customer when they do what the promise. and John DOES !! Thank You John !!! Matt in IL

 

John is a great guy and Raceway is the only way to go in buying these. Too many problems with other online dealers. John really goes out of his way to make people happy and that is very hard to find now days. Iceman is the perfect example. John just made Icemans Christmas.

 

I agree and I am very happy that I chose Raceway to get my son's ATV (Falcon 110). We put it together and only had an issue with a broken brake cable which I called on tuesday and today (next day) a replacement was waiting for me at my door step. Great company and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be buying one of the larger models for myself later on to ride with my son and I am definetely buying it from Raceway.

 

i was happy with them to..................but what was funny they couldnt get down my qorter mile driveway and we had to get it with our fork lift in the middel[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
