Default SUNL-70 Oil Filter?

Do the SUNL-70cc have an Oil Filter located anywhere? I was told that the 50cc and 70cc didn't have have a oil filter, is this correct? Do the 90cc have one?

None of these have oil filters. They are splash lubricated. Make sure you change the oil before you ride or risk seriouse damage. The drain plug is the bigger of the 2 on the bottom twards the front right side. The fill is on the back right side.

Thanks for the clear up. Yeah I changed the oil as soon as I got it so at least that is all taken care of. I also went one step further and slapped a magnet on the drain plug to attract any lose metal that might be floating by, we'll see how that works....
