New Redcat DPX 200 won't start

new dpx 200. been run about 2 hours
sat for a couple days....
now it just cranks and cranks...
won't turn over...
tried the choke

any help out there???

a bit frustrated with the new machine....

i am in spokane wa, and got it from kidatv in minn...
i suspect i need to tweek something but not sure what?
