Default HELP,Jetmoto125

went to change my oil in my sons new jm 125 and didnt look close enough to were the oil went in and put the oil in were the screw is above the shifter?not sure why its there but it looks very much like were you put oil.Wrong the oil started pooring out the bottom and thats when i realized this is not were the oil goes.Now did i do any damage? whats in there? looks like the oil ran out but dont no what to do now.Help

You did not do any damage. Thats where the stator is. ALOT of people make this mistake because the manual is not too clear on how to change the oil. The oil goes in on the other side.
