Default Dingo 150 Headlight

I thought the headlight bulb was burned out. Checked the bulb with a battery, works fine. tested ground side with ohm meter, ok. Checked for 12v power with engine running and switch in position 2, no power. I did work at one time, so i'm thinking a loose connection some where, but where? Any one have a wiring diagram? The tail light works fine. Thanks in advance Chris

check the connector underneath the front body cover, this were the lite plugs into the handle bar switch, if it's still connected check voltage here. i'm also thinking it could be the handle bar switch it self, when setting up the atv did you take the switch off and cover the terminals with di electric grease, along with all other electrial connectors? if not then when you washed the quad , rained on, rode thu water, this switch is not water proof and any little bit of moisture in the switch will corrrode the electrical terminals, the other thing it could be is the lighting coil in the stator, but my bet it's eaither the switch or the connector

My headlight & Taillight are turned on by the ignition switch and the Taillight works, so I'm thinking your right about a bad connection somewhere. I just haven't found it yet. I would love to have a wiring diagram.
