250t won't start

Default 250t won't start

went for a ride today all was good, when i went to pull it into the garage nothing won't start. turn the key no gear light and no head lights / tail lights. batterys good checked that, i thought i read about a fuse once but not sure, is there a main fuse?? i checked for loose wire or even one that might of fell off, found nothing.. what to look for next??

thinking about this it has to be the ign.switch or if there is a main fuse as no power does any where, right?

no power to anything would indicate a fault somewhere between your power source and relay/switch, maybe you can swap it out with the running 250t just to verifiy? I'm sure Tim will be able to hook you up with a new one if that's the problem, he's pretty good about service after the sale for his bikes.

I know from personal experience that my stock battery was crap, and never did hold a good charge.

checked fuse that looks good no breaks, switched out ignition with known working one and still nothing. had a guy stop in today for a look, he works on them in spare time and just did a honda with the same prob. first thing he says is i'm changing the fuse even though it looks good , he said they break where you can't see anything some times. well my atv works just fine again, was kinda ticked but at least it was realy nothing and we are good to ride again.

Glad it wasnt to serious....still workin on mine slowly but surely...will post on the other forum i started....
