i have a kangchao 125 it will start up an idle maybe 30sec some times I can get it to go longer but it seams to be cutting out almost if the choke is on which it isn't. Then die carb has been gone threw atleast 3 times it has spark idk what it could be any help???

 

it seems by description that it is more then lighly the idle screw on the carb...carb may jst need to be tuned properly

 

It doesn't matter if u screw it all the way in or out not does the idle screw I have the air screw set to 2 1/4 out

 

Take off the air filter and see if it runs better. Is the carb boot loose or broken between carb and engine? how old is your gas?

 

Fresh gas the boot between carb an block is metal it doesn't run any better with air filter on or off

 

Post up some pics of your atv and especially the carb. I've seen carbs as cheap as $15 shipped on eBay.
