If you can find what was the stock idle jet, I would stick with that. Make sure to run an inline filter(s).

Stock atv's don't necessarily use the same jet sizes. The carbs are interchangable in different size atv's. Example, the same carb could be used in a 110cc and 250cc, but the jets wont be the same size.

Like I was saying. If you can find a service manual for your specific atv, it should show the proper jetting.

Also the idle jet hole is very very small, even the slightest gunk from your tank could have clogged it. All good tho, nothing wrong with having a bunch of jet sizes for different altitudes.

Thanks but this atv came with a 2 carb setup and I'm going with one with a cross over pipe that I got it was so hard to try to get both carbs setup and was hard to get to one of them to adjust so that's why I'm going with one much easier to do.

Good to go. I would hate to have to troubleshoot 2 carbs at the same time. My 800cc Jetski has 3 carbs on it and I just leave it alone. I just run it once in awhile to keep the gas flowing thru it.

How is this set up with two carbs? Does it have two heads on it? Post some pics.

Nice, they are great learning quads for gears. My son is still figuring that out as he is used to fully auto, even on his KTM 50
