Does anyone know how these are supposed to go on a 2008 150cc? I have one coming off of the exhaust pipe and one coming out of the valve cover. Both are just hanging, but I know they're supposed to connect somewhere. One would assume they connect together, but I don't want to blow out the crank seals if I'm wrong.

 

the one out of the exhaust just hangs up behind the front body panels. The other just hangs down beside the engine

 

So are you thinking that that clamp on the end was maybe just put there by a previous owner?
