headlights dim until RPMs up
Hello,
I have a new to me 3yo Coolster. It starts and runs just fine.
One issue is that the headlights are very dim until the RPMs are up. Is this normal or is there something wrong? If so, what do I need to look at? The battery is new and charged up.
I would like to add a lighted LED whip. Any suggestions?
