Anyone knows how to find out what is the configuration on these 12-Volt 4-Pin Voltage Regulator/Rectifier for a 90 sportsman? I am thinking it don't match my plug off my 90 Polaris Sportsman. Is there a way to Diode test it and find out what prongs are for what?

most 99,9% likely your reg-rec, if china made is (half wave or fullwave) exactly same as used in various Chinese Scooters Gy6 139qm 139qma. and also on some pitbikes.

externally them^^ reg-rec's varie by only 2~4 different looking ones...

Pinout and Multimeter testing data for them is on many scooter PDF's, free from web.

so, post up a photos for your 90 sportsman reg-rec. specify the engine model and magneto model........ then i can help more.....


im not familiar with "90 sportsman" name alone.

last time i rode Polaris, it was 90cc 2-stroke predator in 2005. made in Taiwan.
