Hi there, it has been a really long time since I have posted on here but I use to frequent these forums quite a bit back a couple years ago. Anyways, from back in my days of ATV riding I have a pretty nice, stock 1986 Honda TRX 250R that I am now offering for sale. So here we go with the sales pitch. Its a 1986 Honda TRX 250R that is almost 100% stock except for the following: air filter (K&N), grab bars (AC), nerf bars, rear rims and tires (stock rear rims included in sale). The motor is 100% stock. I had the rear shock rebuilt in 2007 with a spring that will accommodate a rider up to 300 pounds. I am the third owner and I have owned it since 2006, the previous owner purchased it back in 1987. It has been garage kept its whole life, and washed after every ride since I have owned it. It has always been well maintained, that's how the stock motor and drive train have lasted 23+ years. As of now it needs nothing but a rider, it starts/runs/rides just fine. So here the deal, I am asking $2,800 OBO feel free to shoot me a reasonable offer, this machine is far from junk. You've had that on Craigslist or Ebay for a while now haven't you?

 

It has been on Craigslist for a while, was in ATV trader, hasn't been on ebay yet but if I still have it in spring it will be going up there. It is a good quad, just can't find the right buyer, tons of tire kicker though.

Will consider trades for an equal value sport bike such as an: R6/R1, CBR F3/F4/F4i/RR, GSXR 600/750/SRAD, or an 08/09 Ninja 250 looking for something I can use on the track so salvage title bikes are OK as long as their not basket cases.
