My buddy fabbed up a turbo kit for my quad, but i have since decided to sell my quad off for something newer. I am selling the turbo kit seperately cuz nobody will take it in as a trade with a turbo kit on it. The Turbo is an IHI RBH5 off a Bi-Turbo Maserati. It is oil and water cooled, but I only ran it as oil cooled. Makes 10 psi at around 4k RPM and has an adjustable wastegate actuator. The Turbo Manifold is very short, making the turbo spool very quickly compared to a turbo mounted below the seat. the cold pipe curves from the turbo and into the frame which leads to a modified Nissan Intercooler which bolts up where the airbox was. Minor trimmin of plastics unter the seat is necessary. The charge pipe goes from the intercooler the carb, all concealed under the seat. The exhuast has an O2 bung welded into it for accurate air/fuel monitoring while tuning it. The wastegate leads to a screamer pipe seperate from the exhaust that sounds very impressive at WOT on full boost. I am also including an Electric fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel and vaccum line and a large, bored out jet. You can set up your stock carb to work, but can be very tricky. I never had it running perfect, as I got extremely rich up top and lost power. A Mikuni HSR42 carb is reccomended to properly fuel the motor.
