Warrior/Raptor 350 Motors
I`m starting up a little side business selling used motors and rebuilds for Warrior/Raptor 350`s. I`m located in central N.J. I have a couple good used motors or I can rebuild yours top end or bottom end. I can do the removal and install for you if needed. I will even do some kind of exchange for your blown motor after I inspect it of course. If anyone is interested or has any questions PM me.
Thanks

I just got a good 2005 Raptor 350 motor with a cracked case. I`m going to swap the guts to a set of good cases, do a valve job and seals on the head. Head will have 2 good exhaust studs. The piston and bore are in great shape I`m going to hone and re-ring it. It will have a new counter shaft seal and shift seal. It won`t come with a flywheel, stator, clutch or shift shaft. Asking $650 or best offer would take up to 200 off for a good core. I can also swap your needed parts to the new motor. I also have a new piston kit I can install instead of the re-ring for extra. PM me for the price.

I have a 2003 warrior and my chain snapped and broke the chain guard and put a hole in the engine. I jb welded it which worked fine and now (about a year later) I am having engine problems. So I removed the head, piston, clutch, starter ect.. but I dont think I should split the case my self. I can see the problem, the connecting rod isnt moving freely on the crank. I can see the Thrust washer? which is torn apart. Where in nj are you? also how much for a complete running engine if I give you mine? Can you use the flywheel, stator, clutch and shift shaft from mine to make that motor complete? Thanks
