These Janssen "MX-Tech" A-arms come with a powder coated finish. The tubing used for the A-arms and tie rods are made from 4130 chromoly tubing and are fully TIG welded. Whats really nice about these Janssen A-arms is the use of Heim joints instead of the more common ball joint. The Heim joints are stronger and offer a far better range of motion than ball joints can, they will produce a smoother ride as a bonus. These particular Heim joints are rated at 16,000 psi tensile strength. The Janssen Heims' will work without any modifications or reaming to your spindles, NO SPINDLE REAMING they just bolt right up to the Raptor's spindles. Another great feature is the use of a billet aluminum spacers with the top A-arms. A very tasty treat, considering my addiction to billet aluminum ATV parts. The lower A-arms use quality bronze bushings with grease grooves spiral cut inside the bushings to help distribute grease. Grease zerks are installed for every bronze bushing. These bronze bushings will last a very long time and is just another nice perk on the Janssens. The lower A- arms have support plates welded under the shock mounts for added durability and strength. All quality built A-arms will have these shock support plates mounted to the lower A-arm. The Janssen MX-Tech A-arms are fully camber and castor adjustable. Fully camber and castor adjustable !! New tie rods are included and they are also made from the same 4130 Chromoly as the A-arms.
