Senate bill 1830 passed out of the judiciary committee and now is going to the full house. The admendment to drop the under 12 wording failed.

It is time to contact you senators and representatives again.

what are the other 29 states that have the under 12 law and what does it state? If this law was to pass, what am i supposed to do with the atv i bought for my daughter last year? I think they are forgetting to mention that there are atv's for every age of rider.

I already wrote to my reps. I kind of figured it would make it out of committee as I think Cain is on the committee. He had the pull to see that it was assigned to a committee on which he sat. We should all write them and drop them a SNAIL MAIL as well...remember not everyone is as in tune with technology as we are. Also...not to pick on anyone individual but please refrain from extreme profanity when addressing this issue. There is a time and place for profanity but if we want to have any credibility at all we need to put forth as eloquent an argument as possible.

Ronnie thank you for tracking this piece of legislation. I should be more active in this but I am just too busy with my 9-5 and with trying to get some other financial ventures off the ground. So once again thanks for your input on this Ronnie and I will also send a follow up to my rep. Ronnie...just out of curiousity what date did it clear committe?
