This is the final report from maines atv task force. Nh has a plan that is allmost the same.
I would have to say it is time for all of us atv riders to step up to the plate and join a club . Make some time to help devolop trails. The snow mobilers had to do this during the seventys . and look what they have now . They have a nice trail system that runs though out new england.
