Is there any clubs located near this area (NW Ohio or SE Michigan?)

 

I think there is an interest in one, but right now there are not any started. I talked with the atv shop on airport hwy, he said thier are people asking.

 

Hey I was just browsin the net and saw that you guys are located right near me. I live in Holland Ohio off of airport. You guys know of any good ridin spots. The one by me called TNI has had a couple people gettin busted if youve heard off it. I also heard that toledo 4 wheelers is bo longer runnin. Where is some good ridin

 

The closest riding area is Maumee National Forest. This is a good place for maybe two hours of riding becuase there is only about 5 miles of trails and it can be packed on weekends. I would recommend Huron National Forest it Mio, Michigan. It is about a 3.5-4 hour drive with a fully loaded trailer but it is worth it for a weekend. 250+ miles of trails and the Bull Gap hill climb is good for an afternoon of hill shooting. There are fire roads, tight woods and lots of hills. There is a campground on Mack Lake w/ a trailhead or you can ride out of the motels in town. (Mio Motel is the best I have used in the area)

 

I live Northwest Ohio and have been looking for a club around here, but I have found nothing. I met a guy online who tried to start one, but there just wasn't enough people interested, so he stopped trying, but we are going to try to get together at the forest this weekend or next weekend. Where is TNI?

I just sent a lengthy proposal to the ODNR on the benefits of a new, bigger riding area in Northwest Ohio. I think that maybe if we bother them enough, they will listen.

Her in NW Ohio riding land is scarce, what little we do have has been closed due to idiots. Three small but nice ride areas have been closed in the last 8 months due to a couple of real BOZO's. They have really screwed it up for the rest of us. The closed areas are Morrocco Rd., No Baltimore, and Radars. Due to the actions of these few, people are afraid to open other areas.
