Default Closing of the truck trails

Well you guessed it; THE DEC is at it again. Just got a call from Region 6 assistant director and he told me that the DEC had closed all the truck trails on Tug Hill. Isn't a shame that on the Snirt Ride there was no trouble at all and they figure it raised close to 194,000.00 dollars in revenue for the weekend. It is time we all get together and raise some hell down in Albany. I am also a Region 6 delegate and have listened to all of there BULL---- for over 6 years. We have tried to work with these people over and over but still no trails. They have stolen our money from registrations and put it back to any place they want to suit there needs(12,000,000.00 in 1991). We need to get the our **** together and start some class action against the DEC and the state. Lets get together and get something going. I think we need to contact the American Civil Liberties Union and see what they can do for us. After all it is our right to use our state land for what we like to do as long as we maintain it in good shape. Thanks for listening. Also the NYSORVA REGION 6 meet every wed. in Lowville NY. We need your support. For more info contact- Joe at -jonyon@twcny.rr.com or dick at-captndick@hotmail.com

Why does the dec keep closing trails in tug hill?We always seem to do things backwards in this state.
