The National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) is accessible from the ATV Connection home page.

Click on "ATV Clubs."

If unsuccessful contacting NOHVCC or obtaining the information you want, E-mail me and I'll put you in touch with Bob Hammond, NOHVCC President.
