I am ready to start renting ATV's, but I cannot find insurance for this in New York State. Can anyone give me the name of an insurance company or agent that can help me get insurance?

I can find insurance for ATV's, as long as I don't rent them.
I can find insurance for an ATV business, as long as I don't rent ATV's.
I can find insurance to rent ATV in other states, but not in New York.

Hi can't help on the insurance part buut will tell you think hard about it. The way the laws are now someone gets hurt even if they sign a waiver you can still lose everything you own. I live in one of the best riding states in the country Arizona and very few places will rent you an ATV But if you go for it get a top lawyer and tie up what you own the best you can. I've known of people in business with insurance and something happens and they get sued for more then they had coverage for then they still lost what they own Well think hard and good luck if you go through with it Chuck (Cottonwood,AZ.)
