Custom Axis shocks?
#1
Does anyone here have axis shocks on their bike? I am probably going to get some for my 400ex and have heard they are the best. I really don't want to wait 6 months or so for PEP's so I'm gonna go with the Axis, but I'd like to hear some opinions about them first. They will be for mainly motocross. Do they have all the adjustments? Any input would be appreciated.

Custom Axis are the Best aftermarket ATV Shock currently on the market. I have TCS, but if i had $2400 dollars to get the fronts and the rear i would of. Their construction is 1st rate. Everything about them is bigger than PEP or TCS. Their shafts, springs, bodies, and resivors are all larger than the compition. As for the way they dampen, they use a shim stack like the TCS. PEP use a works style piston (pep does make their own bodies now, thought they look just like the works) which is a little on the dated side. As for the adjustably...you'll get what your order Axis sells them without rebound adjustment and that'll some $. Hey for $650 you can get some TCS and i promiss you, you'll be extremly happy. They don't have the robust bodies that the Axis have, but the word is they dampen just as well. I know i love mine!!
So if you have the money to spend on just shocks get the Axis, but thank of the other things you could buy if you got the TCS.
