Default Ok, so I'm dumb !!

Hope someone can help me out here, recently, I bought a Vibra-stop steering damper from ebay for my Wolverine, it came in a box with no instructions, so here's the question. How does it mount up? one end has the round clamp, the other end has a flat plate, triangle shaped, with 3 holes in it, so what goes where, and what bolts to what? I've never seen one installed, and don't know exactly where it should go. Any help ??? Thanks in advance.

You are not dumb, you ride a Wolv....

The triangular shaped end should bolt to the front motor mount, there is a triangular shaped plate there. I am not exactly sure about the other end, but having one end on might "steer" (no pun) you in the right direction.

I would be interested in feedback on how you like the damper, I have considered one for mine.

Lotus, just a quick update -- thanks for the tip, after putting it on the front motor mount, it was pretty self explanitory where it went, installed it in the middle position, and gave it the acid test with a 3 day ride at Iron River trails in Wisconsin. Man, what a difference, last year, with the bigger, more aggressive Sur Tracs, the front seemed to grab every rut and really jerk the handle bars a lot more than stock. Now, it barely pulls at all, and is a lot smoother and easier on the arms in the rough stuff. Thank you , ebay !!!!
