dumb question!! do you put the reed spacers between the reeds and the cylinders or between the reeds and the manifold

 

Between the reed block and the cylinder. I've had a riding friend that installed them bet. the manifold and reed block on a built Banshee and it did not want to run very well at all. It seemed like it was enormously rich and was un-affected by jetting changes.
