Default ITP/Big Buck ATV cust serv is tops

I bought 4 new Mud Lite tires a couple months ago. I like everything about them except I am loosing small pieces of rubber off the surface in a couple of small areas on 2 tires. I emailed ITP on Thursday night to inform them of my concern.I was sure I would hear nothing, but it made me feel better to vent a little bit. Friday morning I got a call from California from an ITP rep. After talking to me about what was happening, he expressed his apologies for my trouble, and immediately shipped 4 new replacement tires to me-without even seeing the old ones. I had also emailed http://www.bigbuckrack.com/
where I bought the tires. Sharon has already emailed me twice confiming that ITP will replace the tires and if ITP doesn't, BigBuck will and to contact her if I have any problems. I don't know about you guys and gals, but from now on ITP and Big Buck has all of my business, and all I can send their way. That's outstanding customer service.
