Iam wondering which a-arms are the best for the 400ex. I was thinking about the roll design because of their "bent" lower arm lowers ride height and probably increases travel. But lonestar and Laeger also come into the picture as real good arms too. Let me know what you have and how it works, durability, etc. I am planning on getting +3 wide. Should i get +1 forward or not too? Thanks for your help.

I got the +3 roll design arms with custom axis triple rates. I must say this set up is sweet, complete with roller bearings on both upper and lower ball joints. Total travel is 14 inches (wow). Fit and finish is better than stock, can't rave enough.

I must warn you thow, They are pricey. And good luck getting them before winter.

you might want to check ricky stators arms out. they are said to be great and i think that ricky stator will back his warranty just as he backs his lighting components. they are 3+ arms. check out his site at rickystator.com. they are a lower price than the rest and seem to be quality components.

00 400ex with sparks pipe, cdi, advanced timing key, air filter, and air box screen. lonestar steering stem, graydon nerfs, and jl lucky case saver.
