TCS shocks, Wait time
#1
I order TCS front shocks from Graydon Proline. Also new a-arms.He said it would take 4 week for them to get it in to ship. Its been now over 6 weeks. Has anyone else had to wait this long for TCS shocks and a-arms,Is this normal or should I cancle the order. If so where is a faster place to order from. Its not the wait that bothers me. It them telling me it will be here in the next day or so. Then I call & guess what, Its pushed back another week.

I do know that TCS has been very busy building shocks but most of the people that I know got them from K&K atv out of Mass.... Most I heard anyone wait was 3 weeks and average was 2 weeks. I also know that K&K is one of the largest TCS dealers so maybe thats why he gets them faster than another shop...

I order mine from K&K and I had a little over 2 month wait. All the time was spent at TCS themselves, K&K only had them for 2 days. One day to ship them, and the one day to receive them.
My biggest problem was my rear. It was an Ohilins conversion. But the line to the res was cut. The wait was for Ohilins to send a new line.
I do know that TCS used to send the bodies out to be hardened, I think it was the 400ex rear shock. That took the most time for friends of mine. But I heard that TCS was buying the machine to make the hard bodies themselves.
I have yet to ride on them yet, but from what I have heard, they will be worth the wait.

I ordered my denton a-arms and TCS shocks just this month. I got the a-arms in 4 days and the TCS shocks in 3 weeks.

Denton Racing was kind of suprised that the TCS shocks came in so fast. He expected a month for them to get to him. He got them from TCS in 2.5 weeks.

graydon proline is sort of a ramshackle outfit. i ordered a set of nerf bars from them, and they couldn't tell me when or if they'd come in - and they are supposed to MAKE them! they really don't have much in the way of order tracking and figure the business is out there and people will always be ordering. we live and learn i guess....

Lucis, DO NOT cancel the order. I had the same problem with my TCS shocks from Gyadon Proline. They told me it would take 2 weeks at first, then 4, then 6. It ended up being 8 or 9 weeks. I was mad that I had to miss a few races when my shocks should have been there, but when I finally tried them out, they were well worth it. TCS shocks are awesome!
