Fox air shox?

well i dont think anyone questions the ride provided. its more a durability issue. Air leaks form pretty easy with nothing to lubricate the seals are they air over hydraulic? i guess i go read about em agin maybe i missed somin.

i have no idea..airshox i would question the ride as well. but airshox sounds like a sketchy name for shocks kinda sounds high maitenance..although they may be kosher.. i wouldn't know until ive tested them for awhile

i run a fox float air shock on my mtn bike and it's a pain in the ***. i constantly have to put more air in the thing, i don't know if its a blown seal or what, but after a decent ride they need air again. i mostly do big jumps and right technical trails, so i'm hopping around a lot, but i'd think that the load that they would get from an ATV would be 100 times that of me mountain biking. all i know is that my Works are on there way, and i know that they're gonna work. i don't like being a guinnea pig when it might cost me 900 bucks.

ya, i hope so. does anybody here read ATV sport magazine? i picked up an issue and it had this Terry guy who turned his raptor into a street legal 3-wheeler and he had the Fox air shox on front. they didn't say how they performed, except that they felt a lil soft to whoever wrote the article.

hmm dust seals to hold air pressure.... Considering that my Raptor's coils have quite a bit of missing paint I'm betting they wouldn't hold up for more than 6 months.
Plus, now you need the fancy Fox high pressure pump and you have to put a couple hundred strokes into em every ride. Sounds like a cruel joke to me.
Weight savings at too high of a cost. Sounds like garbage. Wait until they wind up in the bargain bin then you can try em. Of course they'll long since have been discontinued by then so good luck on replacement parts.
Save your money for some Elka or Axis.
