Hi I have a 95 Banshee.I need new back tires, 20".

I am really confussed on these 3. Need to pick 1 soon. I don't race.

What one hooks up best?Longest Lasting? Ect.

I live in Pa and ride in everything but sand. Also I ride alot on coal hillclimbs (very hard to get up)

Any info would be great!
Help me out.

Thanks,
Brent

Forgot to say something,

I don't want Bandit rear's, because i heard in hill climbs they just dig a hole, and i do them often.

although i like how long they last.

Here's my OPINION. I have Holeshots XCs, they are tough as nails but I don't like them that well. The fronts don't slide they GRAB, which makes them sometimes unpredictable in turns. The rears LEAK like, well a seive. Can't hold pressure worth a d-a-r-n. I have read similar comments from others as well, so I feel I'm steering you straight. Dirt Wheels and several XC riders I know swear by the RAZRs. My NEXT TIRE set will be the XC RAZRs. Good luck with YOUR decision.

I can confirm the leaking prob. One tire is fine the other will be flat in two days.put entire tire in tank of water, checked bead, stem, rim,no leaks, very small bubbles forming on tire surface between ****.obviuosly leaking through extremely tiny holes in tire itself.could be manufacturing defect or aeration in rubber compound. They do hook up quite well however and corner nicely.

My holeshots hold air just fine. They are on my stock rims too.

I was about to post this same question tonight.I will probably go with Razrs too.I dont want a heavy tire so I will get 4 plys.A lot of leaking comes from the bead with aftermarket rims.Try pushing hard into the bead when checking for bubbles and you will see what I mean.

I have the Holeshot 22 inch XCT's on ITP 190 rims, and had to have one reinstalled twice because of leaking. And it still leaks. I also have Holeshots on the front that are on the stock rims and they hold air fine.

I ordered 4-ply 20 inch Razrs, that I hope will be as good as the holeshots, minus the leaking.

2 sets of Holeshot XC on .190 with same leaking problems after mounting them with grease twice.

They hook up great until it is wet sloppy, then they just don't seam to have the forward bite. They have lasted a long time becuase they're hard as a rock.

I will try the razors next, also.
