WHICH TIRE WILL MUD THE BEST?

 

If all you do is ride through mud pits all day then the vampires are the best but if you do any trail riding or hardpack at all the mudrunners are a much better choice, they are a better all around tire, they are still capable in the mud but don't beat you to death on trails.

 

Jamie,My bro has the Vampires on his 97KQ.I have the Mud-Runners on the 99 Sportsman.I really disagree that the Vampires beat you to death on hard pack.My bro's KQ does not have nearly the ride that the Sportsman has in it's stock form.After riding both quads with these tires,I beleive both tires to be EQUAL in there mudding abilities.I feel like the vampires do ride Slightly rougher on hard pack though,but not nearly as bad as some folks say they do.If I were to buy a mudder again,I would choose which ever one give me the best price.These tires are very close in most catagories.In fact ,my next tires will probably be the Vampires so I can evaluate them on the same quad.[Sportsman]Either tire will leave you with a smile.-----BILL
