Default stuck in gear

htloi, I just discovered the same problem. I backed my 2000 Yamaha Grizz 600 into my garage and left it in reverse. A week later I go to prepare for a ride and it is stuck in reverse. Warmed it up, drove around in reverse for a while etc etc. The shifter would simply not budge.

Help!

No way I would ever own an ES. Posts about problems are very common! Post your questions in the Honda forum for the best response.

It is best if you downshift back to neutral or 1st as you slow down to stop. If you happen to stop in gear, rock the bike back and forth before attempting to shift.
