I don't think so but it is probably possible. A Aftermarket company makes a Carbon Fiber frame for the YZ400 Dirt bike.

They could be made, but would probably be 2500 dollars a pair for A-Arms, and the frame would be well over $10,000. I saw the dirt bike frame, I think it was a CR250, and it was like $15,000 for just the frame. You could always cover your Existing A-Arms and frame with a layer of carbeon fiber. It would look cool, and wouldn't coat all that much.

There are good and bad points to carbon fiber components...they are light, they look good. But I have heard that sun light can decrease the life span of carbon fiber. It will get weaker with time. No rust, but weaker. My mountain bike had a carbon fiber frame... It was about 2 1/2 years old when the main tube just shattered...It did not bend, and there were no signs of breakage until it finally happened...The dealer wanted to hear nothing.
I would think that an atv would take to much shock and spend way too much time in the sum to make carbon fiber worth it.

Good luck

What about Carbon Fiber fenders? Or skid plates? I have seen this on many Baja 1000 vehicles and many Indy cars and yet they race in the sun.

Another very strong(bullet proof) yet light material is ______. Can you guess what it is?

Thats right EDSmith. Kevlar would be perfect for skid plates.

I'm not sure about the sun thing, but carbon fiberis a weird material when ever it comesto structural support. Like the guy said with the bike frame, it doesn't bend or show stress marks it just breaks, being that it is a really brittle material once curred. It wasn't desinged to take the flexing and side stress. I don't think you will ever see a very sucessful frame because of how the framelikes to flex. A-arms would be more likely but with a hard hit rearward hit I see them breaking also.
