Some key areas are the steering stem clamp loop on the frame, the swing-arm pivot bolt holes and frame there (Weld a tube large enough to fit sockets on the pivot bolt and nut then support the outside edge of the tube and frame just like its done from the factory on the inside. Also gusset the point where the subframe meets the frame just behind the swing-arm pivot bolt hole. Also put a little support on the top of the subframe on the outside edge so it doesn't hit the airbox. Also the main horizontal frame rails that meets the vertical support (by the radiator), should have a gusset from the vertical support to the Horizotal rail (There may need to be one from the vertical and lower frame rail, but I think one is there originally, check though). Also another area is a gusset from the rear shock linkage mount to the frame.

Hope this helps, good luck,

Sickman
