I have a 2000 Scrambler 500, Last week just came out the montians and as i was riding home the bike lost power and i started hearing engine noise. I shut it off right away and checked the oil, there was none. Come to find out an oil line had a very small leak in it. I fixed the line and refilled the oil, But its still maken noise. It drives fine now but It has a taping(knocking) noise.
with Stethoscope its most noticable behind the oil filter. At idle can hear it the most, When given rpm can not hear as much with the ear, but still can hear with Stethoscope. Cant tell if its bottom end or top end.
Anyone have a suggestion
